Mr. Kyle G. Johnson - President and CEO

Mr. Kyle G. Johnson

With over 15 years experience in both corporate and managerial leadership, Mr. Johnson is a leader in the Occupational Health and Safety industry. His pioneering ability is proven by his experience in founding two Occupational Medicine start-up companies, S.A.M.E.S. and Onsite OHS, Inc. Mr. Johnson calls on his medical experience from the US Navy and construction industry to provide medical coverage in austere environments. Within weeks of being awarded a contract with DynCorp Intl., Mr. Johnson was able to mobilize a medical team for international deployment and set up a functioning clinic in southern Afghanistan. Mr. Johnson leads a dynamic group of medical and support personnel ready to meet global medical service requirements, taking care of people, and providing them with what they need to do their job.


Michelle Prinzing

Ms. Prinzing has over 27 years of business experience. The expertise that she brings from the legal and financial fields has made her the ideal pioneer for the set-up of the Onsite OHS corporate office. At the onset of the LOGCAP IV Afghanistan South AOR contract, Ms. Prinzing was responsible for all administrative oversight, including finance, budget, payroll, personnel and employee relations, purchasing, facilities planning, telecommunications, and general support services under the executive direction of the President and CEO. As Chief of Staff at Onsite OHS, Ms. Prinzing is a multi-dimensional leader in providing executive-level support and oversight for the corporate staff. As a member of the executive team, she provides a smooth and efficient flow of corporate information and ensures that the values and goals espoused by the organization are supported by each department.


Randy Rahman
Director of Finance

Mr. Rahman has over 30 years experience in the business world.  His experience ranges from the accounting/finance profession to contract administration, information technology, project management and log home construction.  His varied business experience makes him a valuable member of the executive team.  He currently leads the Finance Department along with overseeing the construction efforts on the buildings owned by Onsite OHS in downtown Princeton, IN.  Mr. Rahman has worked to strengthen internal controls to safeguard the financial well-being of Onsite OHS and build a foundation of accounting policies and procedures for future growth.


Jim Konrath
Director of Human Capital

Mr. Konrath has played a key role in the startup and management of all Onsite OHS Human Capital programs. His competency in the HR field extends to various aspects of Human Resources, Joint Commission staffing requirements, benefits administration, employee relations, policy and procedure development, legal compliance, reporting, HRIS management, performance management, credentialing, training and development, and on-boarding of personnel. He has led the Human Capital Team in the implementation of several programs to ensure employee satisfaction, retention and quality of services, including but not limited to: comprehensive benefits package, training and development programs, orientation program for clinical staff, continuous employee feedback program and performance management. Through the implementation of a quality Human Capital program, Mr. Konrath has led the organization to achieve the Joint Commission Health Care Staffing certification in 2012. His proven competency in the Human Resources field makes him an integral part of the Onsite OHS corporate team.


Brent M. Denbo

Mr. Denbo is a business-oriented professional with strong relationship building skills and a proven track record in talent acquisition. His vast knowledge of domestic and international recruiting spans the past 22 years, where he has served in various recruitment leadership roles, including Director of Talent Acquisition for a Fortune 500 company and National Recruiting Manager for one of the largest staffing firms in the world. 

As a member of the executive team, Mr. Denbo oversees all OHS recruitment strategies. He is tasked with creating and deploying talent acquisition strategies to strengthen the organization’s capabilities and ensure it has the talent to meet current and future business needs. Mr. Denbo offers a strong blend of business operations and recruitment leadership, and he is well versed in full-cycle recruiting strategy, guidelines, and procedures as well as staffing industry best practices, systems, and methodology.

Mr. Denbo brings a strong work ethic and a tireless approach to recruiting. He believes integrity is the cornerstone expectation that customers, employees, and the public demand of us. His guiding principles are operating in an ethical manner, leading by example and treating people fairly; enabling him to attract and retain some of the best and brightest talent in the industry.


Fred Lambing
Director of Contracts

Fred Lambing graduated from John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Arts.  After holding jobs with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Western Reserve Historical Society, he returned to school, graduating from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio with a Juris Doctor in 2006.  Fred clerked for the corporate counsel of Ohio’s largest private security company beginning in law school and continuing until his mobilization with the Army to Iraq in 2007.  Fred developed a thorough understanding of the requirements of a small corporate legal office, drafting most of the company’s legal documents and conducting the majority of the company’s legal research. 

Fred Lambing has served over twenty years in the Army.  He enlisted into the Regular Army as a Field Artillery Forward Observer.  Fred served as a Forward Observer in Korea, Fort Ord, California, and Berlin Germany.  After leaving active duty, Fred served in the Army Reserve and Army National Guard as a Field Artillery Fire Support Sergeant and as a Psychological Operations Specialist, in Ohio and in Germany.  Currently, after returning to military service with the Army National Guard of West Virginia, Fred serves as a battalion Judge Advocate.  Fred’s mobilizations include Operation Desert Storm with the 1st Armored Division, Operation Joint Endeavor in Bosnia Herzegovina in support of Task Force Eagle, Operation Iraqi Freedom and two mobilizations two Afghanistan in support of Enduring Freedom.  Fred’s total mobilized “down-range” time is approximately 37 months.    

Most recently Fred served for over eleven months as the Deputy Judge Advocate to the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force Afghanistan, legally reviewing millions of dollars of requirements, commitments and contracts.

Fred has studied, lived and worked in Germany.  He speaks, reads and writes fluent German.


Dr. Tim Coleridge

Dr. Coleridge is a former U.S. Army Medical Officer and designated fellow of several renowned, national medical boards. He has more than 40 years experience as a licensed physician and over nine years experience as a leader in the medical field. Dr. Coleridge has served on more than 12 national, state and local medical professional boards. He has served as a US Army physician and specializes in both family and emergency medicine. His medical expertise is demonstrated by his over 40 years of experience in teaching and medical research, including his tenure as professor and Chair of the Department of Family Medicine at UNTHSC/TCOM. Dr. Coleridge has previously lent his leadership and expertise as Emergency Medicine Consultant to the USA OTSG and USA HSC. Currently, he serves as a Corporate Medical Director of Onsite OHS, Inc. where he provides in-depth advice and superior oversight to our medical team.


Kraig R. Johnson

Mr. Kraig Johnson is a former US Navy Hospital Corpsman with a diverse range of leadership and professional experiences in Medical Support and Services. He has over 15 years of managerial experience in the field of Occupational Health and Safety, including assignment on a $400 million EPA facility and oversight of over 300 personnel. Mr. Johnson’s leadership is demonstrated by his ability to lead an Onsite OHS medical team that grew from 3 members in 2009 to 70 staff members in 2011. While working on the LOGCAP IV project in Afghanistan, Mr. Johnson consistently achieved all goals within deadlines and was instrumental in the restructuring and realignment of DynCorp’s revitalized medical program in the Afghanistan south AOR. Mr. Johnson is a leader with the demonstrated oversight and interpersonal skill to lead a dynamic medical team in a variety of locations and conditions.

Rhys Johnson

A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, he served as an Aviation Officer in the United States Army, focusing on the operations realm during his career. Following this, he spent time in civilian industry in light manufacturing, before taking a role as the systems manager with a software company. He held this for over five years before returning to his operations roots in a contracting position in the Middle East. Since then, Rhys has held positions within operations and operational information technology and systems implementation with three major contractors before becoming the Director of Operations for Onsite OHS.


Mark Kimberley MT

Mr. Kimberley is a former US Navy Hospital Corpsman and honors graduate from George Washington University. Mr. Kimberley has over 15 years of leadership experience as a Laboratory Supervisor/Manager and currently directs one of the few DOD-certified Deployment Centers in the U.S. After taking over the DynCorp International Deployment Center, Mr. Kimberley was able to reduce the medical screening timeframe from 72 to 24 hours, along with reduced costs and streamlined processing. Mr. Kimberley is experienced in all aspects of analytical and clinical laboratory medicine and has managed labs that have attained perfect scores during CLIA and CMS inspections. Mr. Kimberley’s attention to detail makes him a clinical leader with unsurpassed focus on quality and efficiency. 


Kelly Kline

Ms. Kline brings more than fourteen years of  nurse operational and management experience and over twenty-two years of military experience.  Previously, she was Program Manager for a large business medical service provider where she developed several medical business lines, mobile medical clinics, a Rapid Response Program, a drug screening program, and pre-employment physicals.  She has also had the Responsibility for recruiting hundreds of health care workers (HCWs) and exercising oversight of several CONUS/OCONUS medical service contracts.

As a retired Nurse Flight Examiner for USAF ANG, she was responsible for the ground and flight requirements for all Aero-medical Nurses and Technicians. She has deployed on numerous medical missions as the Medical Crew Director responsible for crew and patients. Additionally, she was a Nurse Director of multiple hospital medical units with experience in creating hospital staffing grids for all units; thus, decreasing hospital nonproductive time and vacancy rates. 

Kelly holds a BSN in Nursing from Immaculate University and an MBA from Grand Canyon University. 


Donald W. Walsh, Ph.D., EMT-P

Dr. Walsh has a vast array of pre-hospital care and public safety management experience from his 30-year Chicago Fire Department career (1976 thru 2007).  Dr. Walsh worked for the Chicago Fire Department’s Bureau of Operations where he has served as Assistant Deputy Fire Commissioner for the Bureau of Operation’s Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Division, managing the second largest EMS system in the United States.  Dr. Walsh holds current licenses in the State of Illinois as an Emergency Medical Technician – Paramedic and Lead Emergency Medical Services Instructor.  

In July 2012, Dr. Walsh completed an OHS mission as Program Manager of the Onsite OHS Afghanistan South Area of Responsibility, which included the overall management of (26) clinics and physical examination centers located within military forward operating bases (FOBs) serving over 17,000 civilian and military contractors. His management position included oversight and control of the Onsite OHS Contract Support Office at the NATO Kandahar Air Base, in Kandahar Afghanistan.  Dr. Walsh is currently the Onsite OHS Director of Corporate Quality, Compliance & Training, including Program Manager for the FEMA National Responder Support Camp subcontract with SupplyCorp Inc. for Onsite OHS.

In 1992, Dr. Walsh became the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Walsh & Walsh Associates, Inc., and the International Emergency Medicine and Disaster Specialists (IEMDS), in Chicago Illinois.  Walsh & Walsh are a national and international homeland security and public safety subject experts and consultant service.  Walsh & Walsh provided specialized public safety disaster management programs and services for government, non-government organizations (NGO), institutions, and private industries.   Successful programs and projects include the development of the Republic of Turkey’s Hospital Emergency Disaster Plan. 


Rebecca (Becki) Gibson RN, (USANC-MAJ, sep)

Ms. Gibson has an outstanding record as a defense proposal writer and manager, a civilian RN, and a U.S. Army Reserve Nurse during military Operations Joint Guardian, Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom and Noble Eagle. As the brigade-level Emergency Operations Officer, her active duty experience included medical oversight, contingency operations and wartime planning, readiness corrective actions and mobilization of Soldiers from four states. As a Quality Assurance/Credentialing Officer, she served at military medical facilities in Germany. Ms. Gibson has used her military medical leadership in business development and successful proposal management while pursuing global contingency operations and medical service opportunities. With a focus on Mid-East military operations and policy development, she served on a major defense contract as Senior Editor for development of policies, manuals, and training guides, implementing ISO 9000 Quality System standards, 9001:2008, and ISO 140001. The project was fully certified on first audit. As a VHA RN and Administrative Officer, Ms. Gibson’s background includes clinic start-up, systems redesign, contracting of specialists, operative complexity improvement, performance improvement and quality assurance. Her diverse military and federal contracting experience makes her an invaluable asset of the Onsite OHS, Inc. corporate leadership team.


Bryan Grove
Business Development

Mr. Grove has over 13 years experience in Healthcare staffing and government contracting, with 11 years serving in corporate or managerial leadership. Mr. Grove has had Program Management oversight on projects with the Department of Veteran Affairs, Navy, Army, Air Force, FOH, DHHS, NASA, BEP, and the FCC. He has worked to refine company best practices for recruitment, staffing, and payroll to align with Government deliverables. While working with STG International, Mr. Grove provided leadership and supervision to Program Managers who supervised more than 800 contracted healthcare personnel at Military Treatment Facilities and Veterans Affairs Medical Facilities. His experience from contract start-up to ongoing healthcare management makes him a wide-ranging leader in business development for the Onsite OHS corporate team.
